What is made-to-measure?

The made-to-measure option is a customised option for the garments. Our production team will make the garments under your measurements. What is customer’s responsibility?

Customers are responsible for failed delivery attempts. We won’t refund if our customers are unable to receive the item without prior notice. Please do not return any items without our confirmation. Can I cancel my order?

Can I return/exchange if my order is unfit?

For order shipping to Brazil

All orders shipped to Brazil must provide a CNPJ/CPF number to proceed. This is mandatory as required by the Brazilian customs border. Please ensure you include this information in the special note during check-out to avoid any time-consuming incident.

Where do I add instructions for delivery?

If you have any delivery instructions such as door code or where to place the order, please kindly contact the courier directly to give the instructions. Please do not give us this information since we will not be able to include this information in your order during the shipping process.
