Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7 business days except orders with made-to-measure option. Orders with made-to-measure option will take 14 days maximum for in-house production. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Items marked as pre-order are not ready to ship immediately. The pre-order period is 14–30 days, depending on production. Please email customerservice@fanciclub.com to get the exact shipping date for your order.
Shipping Methods
At Fanci Club, we offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in the most convenient manner. Our shipping methods include:
- Basic 35$: 8-12 Business days (excluding up to 7 business days of in-house preparation)*
- Standard 70$: 5-7 Business days (excluding up to 7 business days of in-house preparation)*
- Express $100: 3-5 Business days (excluding up to 7 business days of in-house preparation)*
- Free shipping for orders valued over $1000. Basic shipping method will be automatically applied for this method. If you need the order urgently, please proceed with the express shipping option. The express service remains the same value of $70. Free shipping is eligible for orders placed via website ONLY.
- Express shipping will applied for certain countries. More details are available during the check-out process.
- Please note that ALL shipping fees do not include import taxes or any related charges.
We do not offer next-day shipping service.
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns/exchanges for unfit and unwanted items. Please consult with us if you have any problem with the sizing.
The Hand-Embroidered Rose Mini Skirt is not eligible to returns/exchanges UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
