Customers are responsible for failed delivery attempts. We won’t refund if our customers are unable to receive the item without prior notice. Please do not return any items without our confirmation. Under what circumstance am I allowed to exchanges/refunds?

Only manufactured flaws/wrongly delivered items purchased on fanciclub.com are eligible for return. Clothing lines are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANEGABLE unless they are manufactured flaws, wrongly delivered, or made-to-measure. Unfit items are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANEGABLE unless consulted with us before the purchase. Jewellery is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Accessories (bags, shoes, choker, gloves) are NON-REFUNDABLE unless they are manufactured flaws/wrongly delivered. Under what circumstance am I allowed to exchanges/refunds?

Can I cancel my order?

We only accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours after your purchase. We will automatically reject any request that does not meet this deadline.

Can I return/exchange if my order is unfit?

We DO NOT accept refund/return requests for unfit items. Please check the size guide carefully as well as consult with our customer service team before purchasing. Customers may also prevent this by consulting with our customer support team via customerservice@fanciclub.com to avoid any confusion/misunderstanding.
