- Eligible items are limited to: manufactured flaws or defects, wrongly delivered items, and made to measure items that do not match the confirmed specifications.
- Clothing: eligible only under the three reasons above. Unfit sizing is not eligible (see below).
- Jewellery: non-refundable and non-exchangeable, no exceptions.
- Accessories (bags, shoes, chokers, gloves, glasses, etc.): eligible only for manufactured flaws or wrongly delivered items.
- Items purchased during a promotion or sale period: non-refundable and non-exchangeable, no exceptions.
- The Hand-Embroidered Rose Mini Skirt: non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
- Customers must report any issue within 7 days of receiving the order. We cannot process requests after this period.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
